Close walk to great schools, shopping and the beach. No dogs are allowed. New members must be non-smoking. Participation is a must. Utilities are not included. Parking is $35 a month if needed and available.

Kitsilano Terrace Co-op is currently not accepting applications for either its subsidized or market rent unit waiting lists.

As of November 2024, we are no longer accepting external applications. Please check back in 2025 for further updates. Please note that if you already submitted an application prior to November 2024, your application is on file and will be considered for the waitlist when a unit becomes available.
