Kitsilano Terrace is a short walk to great schools, shopping, and the beach. Please note that no dogs are allowed, and new members must be non-smoking.
Membership Requirements & Costs
- Participation: Active participation in the co-op is a requirement of residency.
- Utilities: Not included in the housing charges.
- Parking: $35 per month (subject to availability).
Applications
Kitsilano Terrace Co-op is now accepting applications for 1 and 2-bedroom units.
Please note that we are only accepting applications for non-subsidized (full housing charges) units at this time. Our subsidized housing waiting list remains closed. We look forward to reviewing applications as vacancies arise.
